Transpose Events do not output MIDI. Instead, they mutate the Composition's Pitch Quantizer.
TIP: If you want to have controlled, predictable transpositions, try disabling the Part's movement so that it will maintain the value you've set.
Sets the axis that determine's the Event's root value. This cannot be the same as the scale axis. Upon changing, the scale axis will auto-update if needed.
